Volunteer

If you would like to volunteer to help out before, during, or after the race you’re in the right place! This is a great way to earn volunteer hours for other races, school, or to just to help out. The race would not happen without the kind support and tireless hours put in by volunteers. Volunteer duties are varied; from working an aid station, to directing traffic on course, helping with setup/cleanup, cooking food for the race, and organizing gear the day before the race.

Specific duties we need help with are:

Aid Stations: Duties include refilling water bottles, slicing fruit and serving food, directing traffic, setup/cleanup, sweeping and cleaning sections of the course, attending to other runner needs.

Course Marshall: You’ll be located on the course and your main job will be to direct runners at key junctures/turns in the course, ensuring everyone stays on route.

Setup/Cleanup: Assist the race organizers in setting up on Sunday morning(5am) before the race and/or clean up after the races are over on Sunday afternoon(>3pm).

Pre-race Gear Organization: Assist aid station directors in organizing gear the day before, ensuring each aid station’s supplies are fully stocked.
