We wouldn’t be able to put on this race without the help of our wonderful volunteers. If you would like to volunteer at the Blue Sky Marathon, email us directly at email@example.com.
Just let us know which shift and position you are interested in. Thanks in advance for your consideration.
4pm to 7pm: Packet pickup at Colorado Physical Therapy Specialists at Harmony and College.
5:15am to 9am: Parking, Check In, and Setup
6:30am to 10am: Towers Aid Station
7am to 2pm: Indian Summer North and Indian Summer South Aid Stations
These teams will drive in via the access road from Loveland. Volunteers will need to be prepared to stay out at the aid stations for the duration of the race.
8am to 1pm: Hunter Turn Around
We could use a few good runners who can run/hike into the Hunter loop turn around point to help check bib numbers at the south end of the course and sweep after the last runners. Volunteers can park at Devil’s Backbone and hike in 1.75 miles or they can ride in with the Indian Summer teams and hike back 2.5 miles. Volunteers will need to pack their own water and food into the Hunter location.
7am to 11am or 11am to 3pm: Finish aid station, parking, and clean up.
